Amos&Alison

Amos and Alison were married September 4th. They wanted a very non traditional look to their images and we were happy to oblige! We started with the two of them at our studio and went from there! We had a great time and the day was just beautiful!

Cortez Wedding

Abbie and Anthony were married July 31st. The day was hot, but that didn't bother the two of them! We had such a great time at their wedding! They are both positive people who are so easy to be around! Neither one of them could stop their smiles the whole day!

Just a couple from Emily's session from the other day! It was crazy weather, but everything turned out great - and the crazy weather actually helped with the pictures! (go figure!)

This is what happens when you let Jeff's imagination run wild! Prom dress and a plane? who'd have thought of that?!

Brice + Karissa

Brice and Karissa were married June 26th, basically the most sweltering day we had in June! of course, as photographers, our bright idea was to take ALL the pictures outdoors! while that was okay for everyone else, Jeff and I ended up looking like we just got out of a pool.

Sweat and heat aside, we had a wonderful time with this couple! We joked with them at their engagement pictures (which were taken in Jack Trice Stadium) that we were making only one exception taking their pictures. We at DI are IOWA fans... and Brice and Karissa are most obviously IOWA STATE fans. Despite our differences we still managed to have an awesome time and we came back with fantastic pictures!

Thank you to Brice and Karissa and their wedding party for a great day, lots of fun and lots of laughter!

Seniors 2011!

We are head first into our Senior season and loving it! Every year the kids bring us new ideas and new faces and its awesome for us!
